A 22-year Lehigh Carbon Community College student was intoxicated when he disrupted a college class, tried to light a cigar in the school’s administration office and went on to wrestle with both a campus police officer and Pennsylvania State Trooper, according to court records.

A Pennsylvania man has been ordered to spend life in prison for killing his Kenyan wife, whose body has never been found. Ernest Freeby was convicted in January of first-degree murder in the 2009 death of Edwina Onyango.
